I need some advice on the best way to set up shipping for a client. He will be using UPS, BUT he will just have three options -- Ground, 3-Day, and 2-Day. And these rates will be "flat" -- a flat Ground rate, a flat 3-Day rate, and a flat 2-Day rate. And these rates will not be affected by number of products and/or quantities.
