Fedex module showing only Express?

Hi Gang!

I have Fedex module (Ground and Express) and it is configured correctly, I am getting the meter number etc. But when a customer checks out has only FedEx Express rates available. The Fedex Ground area is shown in the cart but no radio button or rates visible...

any clue what could be wrong?

Gang -

I am pulling my hair out on this one. I un-installed and installed the Fedex Ground module, same result. Only the FedEx Express seems to be working (see screenshot attached).
I am getting the meter all fine in the Admin-Modules-Shipping view, and I've set Fedex Ground ordered after the Express module as per instructions.
Still to no avail.
Any clues please?

small update.

I am getting the FedEx Ground rates if I have under apparently 88 Lbs in the cart - WEIRD.
As an info - I have Zen Cart v1.3.7.1

I am having the same problem with the wieghts not being handled correctly.
