Can not create account

Ok... I was hoping to figure out this one on my own, but i'm stumped.

I have ver 1.3.8a as i am completely reinstalling due to a server move.

I have re-installed all the modules i had previously, will list them below.

I was setting up a test account to check everything before adding all the products to the database, and came up with the following:

After completing the registration form and clicking "submit" all i get is a blank page. title says "create_account.php"....



I have been working on figuring this one out for 2 days now.... I'm coming up blank...



Any help on this one would be greatly appreciated.

I did that... the only one that i see that would do that is the e-mail validation and all the changes that i made are correct, according to the file (the same one I had on the old server)

were you using 1.3.8a on the old server?


uninstall the Email mod and see if it changes

yes i was using 1.3.8 on the old server, and everything on the new server is the same as the old...

i removed the confirm e-mail address mod and now the registration works....

now i have a problem with the return aurhorization mod... when i click on the returns link it shows the page but no fields or information... only says:

HOME: NAVBAR_TITLE

BTW, under ADMIN > CONFIGURATION > RETURN AUTHORIZATION

I have the options page with the 5 settings, and everything is set up there, however the page still only shows what is in my last post

also i just downloaded and installed return authorization 2.2.2 and still have the same issue...
