Image Handler 2 problem

The pictures I insert using Image Handler 2 look good on my Zen Cart page but some of them look greatly enlarged when you click on the Enlarge image.

I am using version 1.3.7 for Zen Cart and Image Handler Version 2.0. Did not want to upgrade to 1.3.8 until I have all problem corrected now.
This problem occurs in both AOL and Mozilla

In the Image Handler 2 for the sample item described below (KathyVanZeeland Sig.Fabric SATCHELw/Sm Case,Ivory/qvc) there are three rows of images each with three images in each row.

The following are the specifications for the images as shown in IH2

QUESTIONS:
1. What I don’t understand is that the first and third row of images are about the same size but the third picture on my web site comes out much enlarged when enlarged.
2. When adding the first image I add the image file name to the default image file but don’t any file names in the medium and large boxes. When adding additional pictures, I am not sure which box I should enter the file name of the image. Should it be the default image, medium image, or large imageI

3. I am unable to find a detailed explanation of how to use the image feature in IH2. Frankly, the explanation in the Image Handler original documentation is a little sketchy.

There are 3 images; The first 2 enlarge correctly but the third is much larger and the whole image can’t be seen.

I seemed to have "solved" the problem but am not sure if it is a "workaround" for the initial problem.

In the first image, I just need to put the default image in. However, on additional imagaes I need to insert the image file name in both the default line and also the Large Image line.
Also, I get the word "Delete" under the larger image in the IH2. I wonder waht that means.

Is this the way it is done to get the larger image to show on additional pictue when you click on the default image? It seems to take an eternaty to upload the images to the server.

There seems to be endless questions about IH2 but the documentation on how to actually use it is about two paragraphs long as far as I can tell.

Is there adetailed explanation on how wo use this very good add-on?
