Easy Populate vs Easy Populate Advanced

Does the advanced version support Music product?
all my products are music products and when i add items using EP they automatically get added as a General Product. Where can i specify that things need to be uploaded as "music product"?

I read all over about the AEP but the question I have is that I want to use it strickly for attributes, which will be assigned Prices and images. The images are hosted on a different server and I just want to upload them as a url.

Is it possible to use the advanced EP for that.

I have downloaded the software. i read the installation notes, however the problem is what do i change the 'admin' to to be in line with zen cart, which directory should i upload it to, i uploaded it to "domain/catalog/easypopulate, and last question, what should i type in the browser to start the installation. Please help

Completely wrong installation... the above will not work. Remove/Delete what you did.

The instruction regarding admin folder in the EP readme file relates to the need to secure your site, by re-naming the admin folder. This is not an EP issue.

What the instruction says, is that IF you have renamed your server admin folder, then just re-name the EP admin folder on your local machine, before you click the FTP arrow.

OK, so I've read all this and more, and I'm still no wiser - will spending the dosh on EPA make it easier to import/export attributes? It seems that you can import/export attributes with both, but as a separate file, and then what do you do with it? If you import an attributes file into an existing installation does it add/over-write attributes that are already there? I'm a bit scared to try it out. But if so, then the free version seems to be enough.

I have installed EP correctly and downloaded a Model/Category file without any problem.

Then, I added three row to the file as follow:

CLEAN-AUTO Oder Removers
CLEAN-DOG Oder Removers
CLEAN-CAT Oder Removers

Saved the file and in EP Admin page I browsed for it and then clicked on "insert into DB" prompt. Operation completed without any error and I got this message:

File uploaded.
Temporary filename: /tmp/phpHOKT2d
User filename: Category-3.csv
Size: 4234

When I go back to my site I don't see new "Oder Removers" category! What am I doing wrong?

Please note that I checked the date format it was OK and changed the time format to 9:00:00 AM (just added AM to end)
