I have a situation where I have deleted products that have attributes with them used for testing and they are no longer in the buttons on the top or left, but they show up in the "all products" link. How do I completely delete these products and attributes. I have an updated version up to 1.3.8 from 1.3.7 and a unix server and no special things other than normal. I have also optomized the data base. What am I missing

Still looking for an answer for items that still show up that were deleted. I have upgraded to the 1.3.8 and checked my database.
