Help to solve this issue

Can anyone tell me what causes this error:

All files are in their repective folders. No files are missing.

What about the content of the files? Have you checked all the code is there? I would compare them against a fresh install.

I think I solved it using this thread:

It was the admin/config file that caused the issue. The owner had uploade the config file for the frontend so all paths in the file was wrong.
