Free shipping item overrides other fees.

Greetings,

I have a virtual item on my site (stealthhomeamusements.com) that when added to a customers cart, the "Free shipping" module kicks in and overrides any other applied shipping charges for real world products.
I have checked the admin panel thoroughly but have not found the error of my ways.

Any ideas?
