    Idea or Suggestion Drupal Integration

At long last, someone has released, albeit in beta form, a drupal/zencart integration

    Check it out at drupal.org/project/zencart

I have it up and working nicely.

Drupal and Zencart, together at last

    You are using Drupal 5?

What all is the module doing? Are users synced?
I am using Drupal 6 and there is not integration for 6 yet...

Here is someone integrating OsCommerce, I just left a post about getting him and the person doing the ZenCart integration to work together to make both more solid and productive.

I'm a D6 user as well and I just posted a note to that Drupal project. Comments welcome from other ZC users.

It's looking like this is never going to happen, the Drupal Module hasn't been touched in over a year now and it is still in Ver 5.x dev status.

I just can't believe that there aren't more people out there wanting to combine these two great apps into one...

From a developer perspective there seems little point in integrating Zen Cart 1.3.8a with Drupal 6 when Zen Cart 2.0 is so close.

I think that there's a rather high chance of a Drupal 6 - Zen Cart 2.0 bridge appearing, since I know of at least one developer shop <coughs> who will be basing significant portion of their work on that combination.

Let's all do the wave for some Drupal/Zen Cart integration!

To whomever is at the helm of this integration PM me if I can be of assistance in moving this forward. I've got solid confidence in Zen Cart as an ecommerce tool and would love to dig deeper into the code. More so then ... errr... Ubercart. Tried it.. no likey.

when Zen Cart 2.0 is so close.
??? We're all lost in the space of non-communication... i.e. No one wants the (zenCrt) community to know anything about this super duper secret project. Only hints and guesses at best.

Maybe the right attitude would have been to work on a module that integrates Zen Cart 1.3.8a with Drupal 6.

For some reason (maybe GOD is telling me this?) I am quite sure that the Zen Cart version 2 is plenty far away. Enough distance to work on a bunch of stuff.
