Price to the right, and a sleeker Add to Cart

I've learned a great deal from the forum and wiki, thanks for all the help, but I have something that has just stumped me for a few hours.

Here's the example:

I would like to float the product price to the right, so that it appears just about the Add to Cart. Then, I need the Add to Cart and QTY box to both be aligned on their right edges, or.... having them appear inline (on the same line) would work as well.

I'm feeling that this will involved both a change in the php file and the css.
