Crafty Syntax Live Help box work with 1.3.8?

I am obviously doing something wrong :) I installed Crafty Syntax live help on my domain which includes my zen cart. I then downloaded the Crafty Syntax Live Help side box. I uploaded all the files to my server. What I am getting is a live help box with nothing in the actual box itself. I did this before when upgrading but with no problems, so now I am wondering what the heck I am doing wrong?? Any suggestions? Thoughts? help?

When you are logged in to your live help admin, click on Departments and check that you want to show the live help icon from the GENERATE HTML link.

This should work on 1.3.8 coz that's what I'm running mine on and everything works fine.

Yup thanks :) I actually found out that I had the wrong file extension listed. Once I typed it in right, everything worked like a charm :)

Sometimes its the simplest of things that boggle the mind.....LOL

The read-me was vague & at least for me, didn't point that that on this line:

$content = ""

You need to insert your code.

Now, to get mine operating correctly, I had to change the double-quotes, to singlequotes.

Now that I made that change, everything appears to operate quite well.

You'll know you forgot to insert your code for crafty syntax if you have an empty chat box. Here's the file name where you insert your generated code: tpl_craftysyntax_sidebox.php
