    If what your hosting company has said is correct, it sounds like your server is actually better than the one Misty is on.

    Well my web host company says this.

    A load average of 1 on a box with a single processor can be high, but the machine
    your site is running on has 8 total processors. A load of 8 on an 8-processor
    machine is equivalent to a load of 1 on a single-processor machine. With the load
    at 5.5, this is equivalent to roughly .7, and is well under "high load" status.

    So i guess i have got a really good server as its often 3.25 to 3.50 which is even lower than 0.7.
