Default I must be overlooking it

Ive read through the forums, but have yet to find an answer that will solve the problem:

Where I should be looking to fix the pop up window images so that they display appropriately?
just for example, go here
http://www.classyluxuryhandbags.com/...roducts_id=159

ok, and when you click on the larger image, its dimensions are the same as the settings in the admin 100 x 80 for small images.. yet, if you look at the url for that image:

http://www.classyluxuryhandbags.com/...browngucci.jpg

it is 300 x 348...
I tried editing the javascript file as mentioned in the forums for zen cart but it didnt make much difference..

includes>modules>pages>product_info> jscript_main.php

YET, when I compared that file to another site owner who's images display correctly, the numbers are different, so, I tried using their jscript_main.php and then the pop up window wont even show up and I get the message at the bottom left of the screen saying error on page. I compared numbers in admin against the properly working site and those are the same.

Is there a setting that I am overlooking?

PopUp image governed by large image

i.e.

front page product image (images/browngucci.jpg)
product page image medium (images/medium/browngucci_MED.jpg)
popup image large(images/large/browngucci_LRG.jpg)
Additional images (images/browngucci_01.jpg)

Sizes are set via
admin>configuration>images

Thanks, but, Ive tried changing each setting with no different results. Exactly which ones are supposed to change the size of the pop up window?

This is probably the part that is confusing me, but, if you go to another site, say for instance..
http://www.seasonaltouch.us/shop/
all of her pop up images are showing like they should.
And her settings for the images in admin are exactly like the settings for classy luxury...
Also, if you notice under classy luxury, the popup image shows the background image that is used in her site, yet on seasonal touch, it does not.

Thats why I asked if there was somewhere else that I should be checking. Please know that I have read the threads and tried everything that I could find that was related to this issue, but have yet to find the right thing.

Seasonaltouch need to fix their zenid problem.

Anyways back to your site...Your images are huge in size which you can check by right clicking and selecting properties.

I suggest installing Image Handler 2...It will fix the problems you are having and your images will become very small in size without any reduction in quality.

Something doesn't seem right about the images either have you set in your Admin/Configuration/Images have you enabled calculate image size and also further down the page made sure Image - Use Proportional Images on Products and Categories is set to 1 ( that should correct the aspect problem i am seeing )

I really recommend Image Handler 2 to fix the filesize problem though and i think you will find your large image size problem fixed too...It takes no more than five minutes to install Image Handler 2 and as an added benefit your site will look even better.

Finally get yourself a dedicated SSL certificate for your login page. You are selling expensive items and it will reassure customers.

Try uploading one large image via the catalog/categories/products page - Just click on one of your items and under product description you will see Products Image ( browse ) upload the large image from your computer and see what happens. Then install Image Handler 2 and use the same procedure for all your images and it'll handle everything just fine.

Your small sizes are showing up as 36k files in other words they show up as large files even though they are small on the page ( there are countless articles on this in the forums if you do a search )

Image Handler will fix that for you.

zenid shouldn't be showing when login is clicked and it's easily fixable - I don't have the link to hand but it was posted in General Questions just a few days ago and i fixed my own site with that information.

I have installed image handler 2, and it appears to be functioning in the admin area, yet, I see absolutely no changes in the images on the pages? Any suggestions?
