Adjust space below Home Log In

I am testing the barebone template and want to adjust the space below the Home Log In and Search box.

I have tried different settings for the #navMainWrapper but I don't manage to control the space between the Home log in etc and the logo (header)

Any hints how I can adjust this? Thanks.

Add the following declaration to the .css if not there

1. #navMainWrapper {height: 20px;}
2. Adjust the red font above as needed.
