Captcha using TTF & GD & Tel Not Required (how do I Avoid Overwrites?)

I'm thinking of installing the Captcha using TTF & GD & Tel Not Required mod but I'd like to know if there's any way to avoid overwrites entirely. The setup is as follows.

I know to change the YOUR_TEMPLATE to my template name but I'd like to know if the other files (the first 9 listed) can be set up (and if so, how) in the YOUR_TEMPLATE manner, to avoid overwrites as well. Or do I have to just upload everything as is, overwrites and all?

Ok, someone has to know this. I know it's not that hard of a solution, I just don't know the custom template order for the first few files...
