I'm probably just having a "senior moment" here, but I can't figure out what's going on. I have mp3 downloads at my store, and they were working fine. I just got an order and the customer says "where do I download, do you send me a link?" After further correspondence, I put in a test order myself and I have the same problem - no download link - I can't even remember where it shows up in the checkout process. I went to the "my account page" -> history -> that order, and there's no download link there.
HOWEVER
I looked at an older order, and the download links are there in that order, and still work.
I thought maybe it had to do with the fact that the older order was "delivered" while the new was "processing" but I updated to delivered, no change.
Presumably, since the old orders links still work, it's not a global problem.
Any ideas? I'm so stumped.
