Zen Cart Installation (help)

I have installed zen cart v1.3.8a several times and i cannot get it to work properly, i have spoken to the company that i bought the template many time and they have told each time that the zen cart installation is not correct, the message i sent them is as follows::

the question i sent them: i have purchase template 14852, after numeros attempt at upload the template and changing the setting as per your read me file, i still cant get it to work, if you look at www.autoukltd.co.uk you will what i mean, any advise or solution on this matter would be greatly appreciated,

the reply i recieved from them: Your Zen Cart engine seems to be installed improperly. You need to check the includes/configure.php and admin/includes/configure.php files.
This problem is not related to the template actually.

i have followed the new installtion on zen cart help file from this forum and followed it, i cannot figure out where i am going wrong, please have a look at my site www.autoukltd.co.uk and that will give you an idea of wha my problem is, any advise will be appreciated.
