How to create a border around website?

I'm looking to create a green border around my site www.bendisskin.com. How do I go about adding the border? I've asked this earlier and got a little help, however the border went around the entire site rather that just the header, body, side boxes, and footer. Hope that makes sense.

You could add something like this to the #mainWrapper area of your stylesheet:
