How do I remove page2/3/4 from the site map?

In admin, I set the More Information Sidebox not to show, but pages 2-4 still show up in the site map.

Removing the pages from /store/includes/languages/english/ did not remove them from the site map.

Removing the directories from /store/includes/modules/pages/ didn't remove them from the site map.

Does anyone one know how to get the Site Map to ignore these pages?

Actually you have to set them to 3

This turns off the links as well as the display.

On the flip side of this, does anyone know how to ADD a page to the more information sidebox? I have a page 2,3 and 4 and need a page 5. help!
