How do I add a new side box? Like, for instance, "Categories". I'd like to add one called "Information" and have pages for shrimp info, plant info, etc on there.. Or is this feature already on there?

For the sidebox and info pages, you can use ez-pages.
Tools > EZ-Pages to add new pages and set the location to display their links,
Tools > Layout Boxes Controller > sideboxes/ezpages.php,
Configuration > EZ-Pages Settings.

Ok, I found the live free chat Crafty Syntax. I installed the sidebox addon and followed the directions, but it's not showing the image for live help. It just shows the side box. I've edited the required files and stuff, but I dunno.

I've placed it in my custom folder and it dident work. I placed it in the template default, dident work.

Any ideas?
