What is EZPAGES_SEPARATOR_FOOTER ?

I wish to change the :: between EZPAGES links in the footer bar. I successfully changed the :: ( breadcrumbs?) in the centre panel, but can't fathom the footer. I think I have traced it to EZPAGES_SEPARATOR_FOOTER in tpl_ezpages_barfooter.php, but cannot be sure as I am very new at this. This is for a quite customised set up.

Anyone who knows where I should look to change this?

In admin > Tools > Developers Toolkit, paste EZPAGES_SEPARATOR_FOOTER in the upper left box, select All Language Files and search.
The results will include the file and line number of the define statement for this constant; or in this case, since the value is set in admin and stored in the database, something like this:

Lookup CONSTANT Definitions
Key: EZPAGES_SEPARATOR_FOOTER
Title: EZ-Pages Footer Link Separator
Description: EZ-Pages Footer Link Separator
Default =  :: 
Value: ::
Group: ID#30 EZ-Pages Settings

You would edit this in Configuration > EZ-Pages Settings.
