    help question If address is missing during checkout

    If a customer's mailing address is empty, ZenCart still allows checkout. Is there a way to make ZenCart check (during checkout) if any of the address fields are empty, and if they are, take them to the "address book" page and make them fill it out?

    In case you're wondering why the address is missing in the first place - I removed it via phpMyAdmin to test whether checkout will work (which it does). It's a long story as to why...

    Well - real customer would not be able to access the DB to do that - As a true test, create and account and go through the checkout and try to remove the Billing or Shipping address. :)

    Hi Kim, thanks for you reply :)

    That's not what I'm trying to test though. I know that there is no way that the customer him/herself can remove the address. But like I said, it's a long story, and I really do need ZenCart to check if the address is there or not before letting the user check out.
