Removing blue border around buttons

I have looked through the forums and tried all the suggestions but so far having no luck removing the blue border around some buttons.

The 'tell a friend' 'write a review' and 'back' and 'next' buttons are causing me grief. I have searched through the stylesheets and templates but no matter what I do the borders stay. I am using the image buttons not css.

Same thing with the borders around the product images.

I am using a very altered template that was originaly for oscommerce template and everything else seems to work ok except this which is very frustrating.

Any suggestions appreciated.

try adding this to your stylesheet.css

a img {border: none; }
