Product Info Page: Product Name Field

Okay, I've searched until my eyes are blurred but cannot locate a way to increase the allotted characters for the Product Name Field. It appears to be set at 64 and I need to increase it. Can I do it from Admin or do I have to find a specific file and make the change. If so, please tell me the file name and location.

Probably a setting in the Dbase Tables. You may be able to change it in phpMyAdmin...

... but I'm not sure what the max length can be set to...

This requires a DB edit - -

Backup, Backup, Backup first

then with your DB tool - might be phpmyadmin select the table `products_description`

Check structure and locate `products_name` varchar(64)

Change the varchar to another reasonable value and save
