Business Logic after purchase

Hi there. My company has recently started reviewing Zencart for our new online store. We have integrated it with Wordpress using the WOZ plugin, and made a few other changes, however we are wondering if there is a way to hook into the core functions of Zencart the way you can in Wordpress.

Ideally what we need to do is after someone purchases a product we need to run some custom business logic code to call a WebService to our internal product management system.
