I have already patched the DB to 1.3.8 (by error) but I would like continue to use ZC 1.3.7.

It's working for the moment, so far so good.

Could you tell me if any issues will occur ?

Yes and too many to list

Did you not make a backup before doing this?

You must have had a 1.3.8 zc_install to do this update

While it's generally NOT recommended to use mixed versions, if the following issues don't concern you, you may be safe to continue.

    The problems will be:

** You will have serious errors when trying to use PayPal or linkpoint payment modules.

** You may have unexpected behavior in some sideboxes such as new/specials/reviews.

I'm pretty sure the rest of the database changes are just general improvements and not affecting functionality too badly.

But, you SHOULD still be working on plans to upgrade ... to keep your code in sync with your database.

    Thanks for the tip Dr.

I'M not sure what I'll do for the moment:
    - upgrade ZC to 1.3.8; or
    - downgrade DB to 1.3.7

It's possible to downgrade DB to 1.3.7 ?
    How ?

There are no published downgrade scripts.
