Image Handler Crashed Store Emergency Help!!!!

I installed the image handler on a customer's store and the whole store went dead... white page... admin and store... http://www.kick-n-paintball.com/store/

WHAT HAPPENED!!

Someone help me please!!! Did I crash his store putting this mod on here!!

Luckily I didn't overwrite any original files... so I went through and deleted everything...

after deleting bmz_cache and shopad folders, the admin came back

after deleting function_bmz_image_handler.php and functions_bmz_is.php in the includes/function/extra_functions/ and the store came back.. these were the last files that needed deleting...


Does anyone have any idea what might could have happened???

You gave no details on the Zen Cart version or the IH2 version....

Either installed incorrectly or a mismatch on ZC Ver ans IH2 ver

Zen-cart is version 1.3.7.1 and I used the Image Handler 2 for v1.3.x, so that shouldn't be the issue. It also seems that the customer has installed several mods on his Zen-cart, so I'm trying to find out what is on there in case there is a conflict.

I just ran into the same issue except I installed IH2 on a fresh test zencart with no additional mods. Zen 1.3.8

I can access the cart, but the admin is not accessible at all. I get a function error when trying to go to /admin to login

Not quite the same issue as mine.... On mine, the admin and store were completely white pages... nothing on them.. no errors... just nothing but white screen.

I managed to fix it.

I found that when uploading the files, some of them, while they appeared to have uploaded properly, they didn't, so I had to reupload.

I was using CoffeeCup ftp, but reuploaded with Filezilla and everything works now.

I am using IH2 for zen 1.3 on a fresh test install of 1.3.8 and IH2 works great.

I've been using FileZilla.. and I tried reuploading the files and that didn't help in my case. I'm glad to hear that it did for you. I've installed this before for people and it's a wonderful mod... everyone loves it. I'm not going to try this on this store again until I can figure out what went wrong.

One of the folders I deleted (after reading your comments) was the shop ads folder and making sure the bmzcache folder is cmod to 777.

I don't know if that had anything to do with it (not including the shopads folder).

I added it to my live site (with a couple of other mods running) and it installed without a problem.. again I did not upload the shopads folder and cmod the bmzcache folder to 777.

I hope you get it resolved.
