I've scoured the faqs, but unfortunately, most of the posts there are from 2006, and some have been closed due to what I assume is old age, so I'm left with incomplete instructions.
Would someone walk me through putting flash in my header?

OK, progress! I got the flash working finally, but the old IE "click to use" issue is still happening. Sadly, part of the explanation of the fix for this is closed now.
Also, there's 2 links above my flash header I want to either remove entirely or put below the header. (Hit ctrl+a to see what I mean, there are 2 black links on a black background you can't see.) How do I do this?
Lastly, what's the best way to position my header? I want it to be flush left. float: left didn't work.
haha, guess you need my url to check it out first, eh?

More progress. Got it flush left and the right size, but IE still doesn't act right.
links still above header.
OK, so it looks like navCatTabs and centerbox need to go away. How do I do that?
You can turn off Category Tabs in Admin->Configuration->Layout Settings->Categories-Tabs Menu ON/OFF
