Multiple discount coupons?

Is it possible to have more than one field for customer to use multiple discount coupons? Or is is it even possible for them to use more than one coupon, and if so how do I let them know during checkout that they can...

I'm thinking you gotta program it in the module that processes checkout. I'm thinking more discount coupon buttons or a number of discount coupons field to generate the multiple entries. Happy programming. If you find a place to set it up in admin. Let us know.

My first inclination would be maximum values, but I didn't see it there.

In layout they have a field Product Discount Quantities - Add how many blank discounts? My value it set to 5. That's the default.

I don't know why I'm posting when I don't know the exact answer.

If anyone finds a solution, module, etc. allowing multiple coupons during a single transaction I would love to see the answer posted here, too.
