Importing Items from a text file

Hi

I have over 3,600 products I need to import the inventory in to the current version of Zend cart. I am need some thing that I can do the jon quick and simple?

I tried using Easy Populate (Standard) but the docs is vage and I am not sure how to install it as a Zend module or if this is the best methode to use?
