Showing blank page in index.php

i was editing lines 52-56 in index.php, and while typing, some how the cursor ended up somewhere way off while i was typing. I tried to fix as much as i could,and I know it's a syntax error but how do i fix it? I keep gettin a blank pagehttp://halosfavors.com, but no error message can anyone copy and paste the default index.php page so that i can start over?

If you click on the "home" link at the top of this page, you'll be taken to the Zen Cart home page.
From there you can click on the download link in the right column, to get your own copy of the original Zen Cart files.

You need to get into the habit of making a backup before you make any edits.
And you should be changing files in "override" folders, not original files directly.
