Insert Order via Control Panel?

Is it possible to enter orders from the Admin? I'm trying to avoid creating new accounts to place orders for customers who cannot access the online store.

It is usually advantageous to create accounts for your customers for order tracking etc....If you dfo not care about this for these customers you could look at creating a single account for phone in orders and enter these under that account
