Attribute error

I'm trying to set up some attributes and I keep getting an error message which is as follows:

1136 Column count doesn't match value count at row 1
in:

Seems to be a database problemo. Any ideas how to correct this?

I'm using 1.3.8.

I have resolved this issue by deleting the module Dual Pricing - obviously some kind of incompatibility with this and other features - see other post concerning problems showing Customer details with this module installed. How can one reverse the sql command when one first installed this module?
