Problem with "Contact Us" email

Hi.

Just doing some site testing and I've uncovered a problem with the contact us email.
When I send one, I get a Browser error 500 and the mail is returned to me.

The server error log reports the following

[Mon Apr 14 11:31:14 2008] [error] [client 86.141.219.106] malformed header from script. Bad header=No recipient addresses found i: php-script, referer: http://www.pjleisurewear.co.uk/shop/...176b2930b45423

The site email address is in configuration/email options so what is going wrong?

I've spent most of the afternoon messing with this one and I no further forward!.

One interesting thing though - If I send an email from my own email client (Outlook) to the site address ([email protected]), it's received ok. Does this mean that the contact us page isn't "picking up" the email address?
