First-Class Mail Int - USPS WON'T SHOW UP

I am using the USPS shipping module. Have applied all updates I can find (nov 2007). Everything is fine with one exception - First Class Mail INT does not show up. The only international options are express, and priority (which I have checked), but the simple first class international won't show up?

Any ideas?

I'm using a shipping adress in Australia as an option...

THe problem is solved - the culprit was weight and tares. Too heavy for first class.
