Money Order/Check question (sorry I'm a n00b!)

Thanks in advance for your help! You guys are really helpful, so I hope you can help me, I feel a bit dumb asking...

This is my first Zen Cart, and I have installed the payment module for accepting Money Order/Checks, but there doesnt seem to be a place to put the address of where to send checks to! Where am I meant to put the address to send checks?....


Also on the home page it says "Header_title" and I cant find anywhere I can delete it. I have edited the main text on the home page, but cant get rid of the header_title tag.

In step 3 fo the checkout this is listed:

Mail your payment to:
Store Name
Address
Country
Phone

And these are what you have entered either when you installed ZenCart or can be edited in the admin > config > My Store > several items

hello dear,
concerning this i would like to ask you about the text received by customers after check payment,
in fact admin > config > My Store is well edited but i would like to change the text around the adress & phone number (please edit your check to...)
