Alertpay error

I'm so... . From my searches I may be dead in the water with this one but hopefully someone can answer this, please .

i've installed the mod appropriately and when i check out and am redirected to Alertpay I get: Sorry, the item name field cannot be left empty. Please try again.

No one is sorrier than I. Is there anyone that can help shed some light to this error please?

thanks for the response johnwoo. I have a feeling the dev forums will require more php than I know but it's worth a shot and at least you've help provide a clue ;)

Please do the following to resolve the issue:

1. Log into the Administration Panel of your osCommerce website.

2. Click on Modules/Payment and you should see the AlertPay payment module listed.

3. Click on Edit and enter a description under "General product description".

4. Click Update
