Create new account not working!!! HELP

I've just reinstalled the app and the create account jsut keeps reloading after submission.

www.perlui.co.uk can anyone please have a look and help me.

Either help in what to do or if someone could do it for me that would be great.

I just registered as "test, test, test," etc...

... and I seem to have created an account easily. I also received the welcome e-mail, so I think all is OK.

Are you getting any error messages?

My store http://spicesonline.info has problems resembling this problem.

When i go to create account page, after filling in the info and clicking submit... The page just reloads.. nothing else...

People are not able to order..

Big Problem..

Some urgent help please..
