Paypal page not found ordering with credit card

I add an item to my cart, checkout, and I am directed to the paypal checkout page fine. There I have an option to sign into paypal or pay by credit card. If I choose credit card, I get the page where I can enter my credit card info. I do that, and when I submit my order I get a blank page with a strange empty paypal box.

Any ideas? As of right now, nobody can order by credit card.

As this is not on your Zen Cart site - it would appear that PayPal is having an issue

Paypal says it is a zen cart issue:

After reviewing your site's information, I believe that I see a potential cause of the problem. Your shopping cart is using an older, deprecated method of prepopulating customer details. We no longer require the values of cmd=_ext-enter and redirect_cmd=_xclick to submit user information; the supported method is to use cmd=_xclick and dispose of the redirect_cmd variable entirely.

If you are using a cart of your own design, please modify the HTML form variables accordingly. If you are using a third-party shopping cart, you may need to contact them for assistance.

I am using the paypal IPN module, and I believe I have updated it in the past, but there is no visible version on the module.

Any ideas?

What version of Zen Cart are you using?

I would prefer not to upgrade. Is there a patched paypal ipn module that I possibly need?

I installed the latest patch from the paypal area of this forum, and it did not resolve the issue.

... and I also tried the paypal express module, and credit card orders still fail the same as paypal ipn.

Well lets look at this - 1.3.7 has been out since about Dec 2006 - have you been using it for a period of time without this issue?

What has been added/changed in your cart recently or about when this happened?

I still contend that since this blank page is not on your Zen Cart site that this is not a Zen Cart Issue...and many others are using 1.3.7 and earlier and not seeing this issue
