Total Novice Need Help

Okay - I am left to my own devices to set up this ZenCart and I believe I have messed up something.

We have had issues with people not being able to go all the way through payment.

I have a business paypal account.

Could someone look at the Step 2 of ordering and see what I see (it won't charge - if you can make a fake purchase and help me)....

Here are the questions:
1. Why does it say "We accept" and then have fakey little cards instead of the MC, VISA logo? and how do I fix that?

2. Is there a way to notify on the paypal choice that we DO take CCs?


and last but certainly not least...

We have customers contact us daily that they have tried to order and after step 3 it bounces them back to step 2 with no order going through....

What's up with that?

Please please speak to me in total infantile laymen's terms - half the time when I go to a link that is suggested, I get more frustrated - I am NOT AT ALL computer lingo savvy.......

Thanks for taking those steps to help check it out...hoping I've got that part fixed (the bouncing back to step 2)!

I am hoping I have it fixed - still not sure how to get the actual credit cards to show up on my payment page so people who don't have/know paypal know that it will take a credit card....
