We have just installed zen cart for our online store and are having some problems with confirmation emails. we have had 2 orders come in so far but have rec'd no confirmation or invoice copy by zen cart sent to our admin email. Consequently, we do not know what the buyer has ordered. We are receiving payment confirmatiopn via paypal, but that is all. Honestly as new users we have scoured everything we can logically imagine would remedy this but to no avail. We would much appreciate if someone could be kind enough to point us to the right direction where we should be working with this function so we can receive copies of the customer orders.
