    Idea or Suggestion duplicate IP address problem - items are not saved in shopping cart :(

    Some of my customers wrote to me that when they add items to cart, it does not save them there for some reason. I mean that everytime they add something new to cart and then go on the diff product page the shopping cart shows emply again. When I looked at it from admin side - it shown in who is online their IP address duplicated like 30 times, so it looked like there were 30 customers on line. I do not have this problem when I test shop myself. The thing is, I noticed a lot of this happening with other visitors. There would be duplicated IPs in admin showing all the time, which means they cannot shop. Any ideas why this happens??? Please help!!
