Paypal IPN Problem Need Help !!!!!!!Please!!!!!

Try to fix 3days,but no any ideas now!!

Other payments all good,only probelm is "paypal IPN"

The Problem is

When i order choose paypal IPN payment,and paid with paypal,then haven't any order in admin
and no consumer Previous Orders showing this order on their order history.but payment can be received in my paypal account.What happen about it?

looks like no any Communication problem

i did reinstall many times in admin

also already use primary email address.

i made all step and step follow this link:

you need to turn the seo OFF for SSL,

Closed all SEO URLs now, but still didn't work.

and when you login to paypal.com
and go to profile
look under email


the email with order is the one marked primary?

you have the IPN turned on,
you have the return url turned on,

also in profile?
