Setting up store to ship International

I want to ship international but when I try to create an account, it lists all the states in the U.S. including Puerto Rico, American Samoa, AF's, Federated states of Micornesia, Marshall Islands, Virgin Islands.

I want to ship to Netherlands, UK, ect, ect.

How can I do this?

How do I exclude certain countries from shipping?

ETA: Found it. I went into Location/Taxes; Countries; and deleted the ones I don't want. Hope this doesn't bite me in the rear later, lol.
