Zone rates

Ive read many posts and need a pointer in the right direction.

I have a zencart shop setup for UK and Ireland, i have all the regions setup for both countries, but what i want to do is for a few of the regiouns i want a different rate, and this is where i maybe getting confused, i set my shipping up using zone rates (thinking zones was the regions i have setup withing the country of UK) but looking at the options its asking for country ISO codes and i want to use regions instead, can i still do it this way?

I might have worded it in a confusing way, cos reading it im confused now :)
basically had the uk zones installed and i want to have a couple of the regions at a different rate

You can try using table rates and cloning it for each of your regions

Table rates allows you to set the zone you have created
