How can i copy the catalog, modules to new zencart?

Since the zencart site is messed up.. so i got a new site url and new theme and everything so i dont want to remake the list and info, etc. how can i move the the info and pics as

# catalog
# Modules
# Customers
# Locations / Taxes
# Localization
# Reports
# Gift Certificate/Coupons

to new zencart website??

okay thanks guys. if i do this.. will it overwrite the mysql of new theme and tables for a website "layout"? cause the orginal zencart layout is messed up some of mysql is crooked. so want make sure:)

If there is already information in the database, it will be overwritten.

Well i know about back up.. its easy and stuff but one thing is it dont sounds right because if i backup mysql it wont move the images and products, etc to new files or whatever.. so

Also the old zencart's some mysql is not in the shape its messed up a bit.. i have a a theme with full mysql custom. from template monster. if i overwrite the old new zencart then i have to rewrite again for theme skin and things. then i lose all data again its useless i really dont get it..
