How do I show that my paypal takes credit cards?

Is there something I am missing in the module or is the error in my paypal business account?

I have these cheezy thingies: [We accept:"My Card"(blue) "My Card" (red)]

How do I make sure people know they CAN pay with CCs?

You'll have to activate it through your account at paypal. And paypal has several paypal logos showing that cc's are accepted.

I think they have to get a paypal account but can use thier cards. At least I know that I have had people use cards when I had a premium paypal account.

Okay - well - then the question is how do I put that info/logo that paypal has (that we accept cc's) IN there then? and the cheezy 'my card' thingies GONE?

I use Website Payments Standard, and you have the option to allow
payment with credit card without a PayPal account. I think customers are asked at the end of the process, if they'd like to sign up with PayPal. PayPal has a demo you can watch.

There's several options, depending on where you want to put your paypal logo.
And if you want to put in the code they supply, or just show the image.
I've put the image in a banner sidebox, and changed the heading to read
PayPal Verified on the box (in includes/languages/my_template/english.php).

Okay - that is what my module is set on, but there is nothing on the payment page (step2 or 3) that lets them know that my paypal can take credit cards - so if they don't have paypal or have an aversion to it, I don't want them to think it's the only option. Does that make sense?

You are not using a form that has fields to fill out ON your site for CCs though, right only through paypal....

Well, you see the paypal logo isn't really the thing, although I would like to use it and put on the front home page (as well as the payment pages) that we are paypal verified - I REALLY ALSO want to let the customers SEE the credit cards they can use and use CCs.

Okay - admitedly - all I can say is "HUH? Where do I find that?" I really am a total novice. My cart got 'built' then handed to me and I know nothing. Thanks for the help....

Anyone else can jump in and help share the load of this novice too - so that TShooter doesn't have to mentor me alone....

Customers would see the option to pay by cc when taken to PayPal to pay.
You would need to let them know that info somewhere on your site.
