Trouble upgrading database

I have tried to upgrade my website, I have when I go to the index page I get the "Hello. Thank you for loading Zen Cart™." page.

Then I run the database upgrade which works.

Then I can log into the admin area, but the main shop is still showing the "Hello. Thank you for loading Zen Cart™."

I have checked the configure.php file, tried reloading it.
I don't understand why I can log into the admin area but not the main shop page.

Did you delete the zc_install folder?
