cursor problems

I have a custom cursor on my site. It works great in IE however due to the fact that it is an ani file it will not work with firefox. Does anyone know a way to set one cursor if visitor is using IE and another if using firefox. Right now in firefox it shows the pointer that normally shows when mouse over a link, but shows it all the time rather than the default cursor.

Um, I know this doesn't answer your question, but I thought I'd let you know that, as someone who buys a lot of stuff online, I find 'custom' cursors annoying and amateurish.

Thanks for your opinion. I myself don't really care about cursors. However, the woman that owns the site www.jaylyns.com wants one. I am just trying to find a way to make it work. Any other ideas?

Another non-answer: This isn't really a Zencart thing.

I searched Google for 'custom cursor' and 'firefox' and found several pages which address this issue.
