Off-line Catalog

I was wondering if there was a way I could edit and add items while I am off-line and uploading the updates next time I am on the internet?

The reason I ask is because we dont have internet in our retail shop yet and I am spending my time traveling between the shop and the house updating products etc and it would be a lot simplier if I could do it all off-line and simply upload the changes next time I am online.

Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated.
